Leona's style of photography has developed from simple, basic shots to a revisionist style of the original image. From this editorial construction what evolves is an illusion of structural continuity within the image while maintaining the essence of the original subject.
Leona particularly relates to American photographer and conservationist Ansel Adams' comment "You don't take a photograph, you make it."
Leona's main focus is black and white with an occasional dapple of colour.
Leona has exhibited in several galleries around Melbourne since 2014.
